Natasha Berman

Managing Director/Naturopath/Medical Herbalist

Natasha is the founder of Quintessence Natural Health Dispensary and is also the Managing Director of Allergenics - Australasia's leading Hair Testing Service for Allergies, Vitamin and Mineral Status and Organ Function.

Natasha Berman is a Naturopath and Medical Herbalist specialising in Pregnancy and Post Natal Care.

Natasha has been in the Natural Health industry for 15 years writing articles for numerous magazines and has lectured at Aucklands two Naturopathic Colleges.
 
Natasha's first business venture won the Best New Business award in 2002.

Natasha owns and operates Quintessence - Natural Health Dispensary which is a busy Naturopathic Dispensary and is associated with Allergenics Hair Testing Service. Natasha also provides a pre- and post-natal support service to mums who need assistance with their newborns.

Brett Friedman

Allergenics Global Operations Manager/Nutritional Medicine Practitioner

Brett Friedman is a qualified Nutritional Medicine Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Medical Research.                       He has worked in various aspects of the natural health industry over the past 17 years, including natural health sales and marketing, business development, product development, pharmacy and practitioner education seminars, academic manager - tertiary education and article writing for magazines.

Brett has also run a successful natural health clinic for the past 11 years. He believes that health is one's most valuable investment especially as we move forward into more challenging times, both physically and emotionally. He works as a nutritional consultant for Allergenics and oversees their global operations.

Brett joined the Allergenics team in September 2011.

Asti Renaut

Naturopath, Medical Herbalist

Asti Renaut is a Registered Medical Herbalist and Naturopath with a Bachelor of Science in Complementary Medicine. Asti is also on the national committee of the New Zealand Association of Medical Herbalists.
She is passionate about all aspects of natural medicine, working extensively with dietary nutrition, herbalism and nutritional supplementation, aiming always to help her clients achieve vitality and balance. Asti has worked at Quintessence since 2001 and enjoys the opportunity to provide over-the-counter natural healthcare for the local community. This work is complimented by her Naturopathic practice, where she works with individual clients providing in-depth health analysis and comprehensive treatment and management of health conditions. Asti's areas of speciality include women's hormonal conditions, especially menopause, PCOS and PMS, and stress management.

Asti now lives and consults in her home town of Christchurch but is available for appointments at Quintessence on arrangement.
